Age verification documents may be requested at any point, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. If fly33 determines that a registered user is under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the fly33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. fly33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any stage of the account lifecycle.
It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their use of the fly33 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. fly33 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
Your fly33 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account whether or not you authorised that activity.
fly33 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor SMS authentication, which is available free of charge from the account security settings. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fly33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fly33 support immediately at [email protected]. fly33 will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze the account pending resolution. fly33 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
fly33 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks at any time. KYC may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by fly33 may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
fly33 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following locally integrated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK interbank transfer.
All deposits are processed at the prevailing PKR rate applicable at the time of the transaction. fly33 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed above. fly33 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes of the transaction, please contact fly33 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.
Withdrawals from your fly33 account are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. fly33 operates a same-method withdrawal policy to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, fly33 will arrange an alternative method at its discretion following KYC verification.
Before any withdrawal is processed, fly33 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. fly33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days.
fly33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its absolute discretion, including requesting source of funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
fly33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and sports betting enhanced odds. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all fly33 promotions:
Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated; unfulfilled bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute a lesser percentage or zero. fly33 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, and placing low-risk wagers that do not constitute genuine play. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided.
fly33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly prejudice players who have already commenced meeting the stated requirements of that promotion.
All casino games available on the fly33 platform are provided by internationally certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. fly33 does not operate or control the RNG of any game — the integrity of game outcomes rests with the certified game providers.
Sports betting markets on fly33 — including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, and other sports — are subject to specific betting rules displayed within the sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the following process applies:
In cricket betting, fly33 follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method rulings for weather-affected matches. PSL match bet settlements follow the official PSL governing body rulings on match results. All betting rules are available within the fly33 sportsbook interface.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fly33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, fly33 reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals and forfeit any remaining balance where that balance is directly linked to the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — including voluntary closure — any verified balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the fly33 platform, including but not limited to:
fly33's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fly33 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. fly33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
All content on the fly33 platform — including but not limited to the fly33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of fly33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fly33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
Unauthorised use of fly33 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fly33.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which fly33 is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between you and fly33 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 07, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. fly33 acknowledges that Pakistani consumer protection legislation may apply to certain aspects of the service, and these Terms are not intended to override rights that cannot be contractually excluded under applicable law.
